Agnieszka Gałka-Woźniak became a member of the Management Board of ArcelorMittal Warsaw on January 11, 2024. From February 1, 2024, she took the position of ArcelorMittal Warszawa’s HR Director.

Agnieszka Gałka-Woźniak joined the ArcelorMittal group in 2008. At ArcelorMittal Poland, she held various project management and HR positions. She is a graduate of the University of Management and Foreign Languages and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Warsaw. She also completed the certified Coachwise Coaching Equip program.
